Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation. Please note:

• Processing time begins once payment is verified

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day

• Custom or personalized items may require additional processing time (we will notify you if this applies to your order)


Shipping Methods & Delivery Timelines

We currently ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on package size and destination. Estimated delivery times:


Domestic Shipping (United States):

• Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days after processing

• Expedited Shipping (available at checkout): 2-3 business days after processing

• Priority Shipping (available for select items): 1-2 business days after processing


International Shipping:

• Delivery times vary by destination (typically 10-21 business days)

• International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes

• Some countries may have restrictions on certain products


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

• Package weight and dimensions

• Shipping destination

• Selected shipping method


Free shipping promotions (when available) apply to standard shipping within the contiguous U.S. only and will be clearly marked during promotional periods.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

• Carrier information

• Tracking number

• Estimated delivery dateLink to track your package


Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your confirmation.


Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to most countries worldwide, with the following exceptions:

• Countries with U.S. trade embargoes

• Locations with known delivery service disruptions

• Areas where our products are restricted


For international orders, please verify that your country allows importation of our products before ordering.


Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to:

• Incorrect shipping address

• Failed delivery attempts

• Refusal by recipient


We will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.


Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes after order submission may not always be possible.


Holiday Shipping

During peak seasons (November-December), processing and delivery times may be extended. We will post seasonal shipping deadlines on our website.


Damaged or Lost Packages

In the rare event that your package is lost or arrives damaged:

• Contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery)

• Provide photos of damaged items and packaging

• We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue


Rush Processing

For urgent orders, rush processing may be available for an additional fee. Contact us before placing your order to confirm availability.


Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available by appointment for customers in the El Paso area. Select this option at checkout and wait for confirmation before coming to collect your order.
