All sales of digital products and custom design services are final. Due to the nature of these offerings, we cannot issue refunds once files are delivered or work has commenced. For physical products, returns may be accepted under specific conditions outlined below.
Digital Products Policy (Non-Refundable Items)

• Logo designs and branding packages
• Digital flyers and posters
• Any other electronically delivered files
Since these items cannot be physically returned and are immediately accessible upon purchase, all sales are considered final. Custom Design Services Policy
For our design services including:
• Brand identity development
• Custom logo creation
• Event material design
• Corporate branding packages
We implement the following policy:
• A 50% deposit is required to begin work, which is non-refundable once design work commences
• Clients receive up to two rounds of revisions as part of the standard service
• Additional revisions may be requested for an additional fee
• Final files will only be delivered upon full payment
Physical Products Return Policy
Eligible physical products include:
• Standard (non-custom) posters and banners
• Pre-designed merchandise
• Stock gift items
Return conditions:
• Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery
• Items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging
• Proof of purchase is required
